About The RoleOur Sales team is essential to MSP's growth. We generate leads and follow up on them through various channels, conduct market research to identify both general and specific trends, and use these insights to advise potential clients. We collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring a successful go‐live, and then hand over those clients.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to further our growth in the Italian market. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating new leads, and building relationships that lead to sales opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to our expansion and success in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning the full sales cycle for Italian SME merchants

Building valuable client relationships and long‐term partnerships with leading players in the market

Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with business growth objectives

Generating leads and pursuing them through various channels

Conducting market research to identify industry trends to advise potential clients

What You'll Need

2+ years experience within sales or business development, preferably within Fintech or SaaS

Experience with cold outreach, lead generation & relationship management

Strong understanding of sales and decision cycles within the Italian SME market

A problem‐solving mindset and basic knowledge of consultative and challenger sales tactics

Excellent communication skills with fluency in Italian & English
