We are looking for a
Studies Technician to ensure the correct preparation of technical offers according to the bidding documents.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the preparation of the technical bid dossier.
* Thoroughly study the bid documents and all related materials to organize the technical proposal.
* Prepare technical documentation for assigned bids, ensuring competitiveness, with support from specialists.
* Identify and manage collaboration needs with other departments, organizing communication and documentation.
* Ensure the proper development and presentation of the technical documentation, acting as the final technical responsible.
* Conduct economic studies of the bid, including cost analysis and proposing cost savings.
* Communicate and coordinate with the final document responsible regarding deadlines and formats.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or similar.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Valuable experience in operation or construction of desalination, wastewater treatment, and drinking water plants.
* Experience in contractual management in EPC projects, preferably in the water sector.
* High level of English (C1); intermediate knowledge of French and Portuguese is a plus.
* Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Presto, MS Project, AutoCAD, and water cycle processes.
* Valuable skills in Biowin, EPANET, and a Master's in Water Cycle Management and Treatment Plant Design.
