Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and developing Service Business Unit. The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification and technical support for Service tools
**Responsibilities**
- Analyse past demand and liaise with stakeholders to calculate the forecast for future tool demands
- Calculate safety stock and lot size for tool warehouses
- Analyze cost drivers and optimize OPEX&CAPEX;
- Define and improve model to assess CAPEX requirements and follow up CAPEX execution
- Inventory management such balancing of surplus, lead major stock deviation, etc
- Follow up of tools rented to internal suppliers
- Follow up of open order with buying team
**Qualifications**
- Education related to supply chain management and logistics
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a planning role
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
**Competencies**
- Analytical skills to find cause-effect links and identify trends
- Familiar to MRP, safety stocks, minimum lot size and other planning parameters
- Solid skills with SAP, Excel and SQL (bonus)
- Basic financial skills (what is OPEX, CAPEX, create and read budgets)
- Create relevant and impactful reports and presentations
