Have experience in operations management, ideally within an airline or passenger transport/logistics environment

The TeamYou'll be joining our Ground Operations team, where we work together to deliver world‐class safety standards, operational excellence, and a seamless customer journey every flight, every day. We collaborate across stations and functions, ensuring easyJet's standards and objectives are achieved through strong partnerships and effective communication.
The RoleResponsibilities
Implementing and maintaining safety and standards management processes, proactively identifying trends and correcting deficiencies
Developing robust communication with third‐party suppliers and documenting reports for audit purposes
Working cross‐functionally at station level to achieve easyJet standards and objectives
Delivering improvements and solutions at underperforming stations, reporting operational issues, and liaising with procurement teams for successful commercial outcomes
Spending time out in the network to ensure delivery of the easyJet product and positive relationships with suppliers
Ensuring ground handlers communicate effectively during disruption, meeting legal requirements and protecting the brand
Managing and influencing airports and ground handling providers to meet regulatory requirements and contractual service levels
Leading local business disruption teams as appropriate
What We're Looking For
Experience of operations management, ideally gained in an airline or similar passenger transport/logistics environment
Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective presentation skills
Experience managing budgets and supplier relationships
Ability to drive organisational and cultural change within a unionised environment
Tenacity and resilience in a fast‐paced, demanding operational environment
Passion for continuous improvement
High degree of personal and professional flexibility
Excellent people management skills
Proven influencing and problem‐solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple stations
Practicalities7 month fixed term contract role will be based in Barcelona working 40 hours per week.
