Job Description
As Process Engineer reporting to our Production Supervisor, you’ll be accountable and lead technical support for the specification, purchase, installation and continuous improvement of our production processes. That’ll involve coordinating projects including new products, capacity expansion and process development on pilot and industrial tools and equipment. You’ll also be in charge of leading and developing projects to improve and optimize our processes, using the methodology Six Sigma together with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, CI and Sustainability departments.

Responsibilities
* Independently analyze moderately sophisticated technical process problems and implement resolution in collaboration with Maintenance, Manufacturing and Quality.
* Involve Engineering department when the resolution of problems requires their intervention.
* Participate in process/product validation.
* Recommend machine improvements and capital equipment projects.
* Support realization of budgeted cost reductions and productivity improvements.
* Implement continuous improvement principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending and driving changes in training, working practices and processes.
* Analyze and improve workflows within and across departments.
* Review KPI monitoring systems, verify and improve their ability to describe operations performance.
Qualifications
* Education in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial Polymer Science or a related subject.
* Experience with continuous improvement and process development.
* Strong grasp of structured and controlled working practices with clear documentation, reporting and presentation skills.
* Outstanding project management skills (MS Project).
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English (required).
* Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
* Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
* Previous experience within a Clean Room environment (desirable).
Salary
EUR 29,000 – EUR 36,000 per year (annual).
