The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs for employees across Europe. Annual Pay and Benefits Review - Support the delivery of the annual review;
provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses;
contribute to the drafting of communications and the preparation of management decision-making too
ls.
- Compensation and Benefits Program Design - Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs;
provide financial, market, and legal analysis and insights;
draft elements of the technical design;
draft internal management repo
rts.
- HR Data Analytics and Insights - Deliver analyses of HR data;
identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business perform
ance.
- HR Data Management - Carry out complex HR data processing tasks;
advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration proc
esses.
- Incentive Program Design - Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs;
provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights;
draft elements of the technical design;
draft internal management r
eports.
- Information and Business Advice - Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of
policy.
- Job Analysis and Evaluation - Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes;
produce job descriptions and role profiles and associated scop
ing data.
- Personal Capability Building - Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching;
gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading speciali

Re
quirements :Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or related
HR function.- Strong understanding of European compensation practices, regulations, and ma
rket trends.- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools such as Workday, Power Query
and Power BI- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable reco
mmendations.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
and regions.-Certification in compensation or benefits (e.G., CCP, CBP
) is a plus.
