As a property finder, you have many different tasks. Above all, in your position you must find and process sales customers by, for example, knocking on doors, calling housing ads, billboards, Idealista - hunting homes in other words. In this role, it is also important that you bring in the right type of object that is also priced correctly.
During the intake itself, the sale of the Fastighetsbyran and our services is incredibly important. The role makes high demands that you enjoy working independently and are confident in making your own decisions.
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the Fastighetsbyran is the obvious choice for those who want to sell their private home and for the construction companies that produce new homes.
We are looking for someone who has a high degree of social competence and who is good at networking. The work also requires you to be driven, highly structured and trustworthy.
You have a driving license and computer skills. You are sensible, like people and have a good mood.
That you live in the region and have experience of the Spanish system is a requirement.
Our minimum requirements is that you are fluent in speaking and writing of English and Spanish.
