We are currently hiring a Junior IT Workplace to cover a paternity leave in our Staff-IT team for our new projects in Valencia & Sagunto.
Our Staff department takes responsibility for different areas to manage in our offices such as administration, IT, talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, general assignment, office management and HRBP duties of the company, as well as providing professional support to our Volkswagen Group partners within these areas.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage the IT onboarding and offboarding process (on site and online).
- Onboard and support users within the company while maintaining the inventory and stock for the office.
- End users support troubleshooting based on tickets (user account management, permission, etc…).
- Management of internal VW applications on desktop and mobile.
- On site support (Valencia, Sagunto and Barcelona).
- Inventory and stock maintenance.
- Punctual phone call support for internal employees for all projects (Valencia and Navarra).
- Documentation of new and well-known processes.
- Documentation for final users.
- Collaboration in initiatives for the improvement of department practices and policies.
- Installation and maintenance of hardware of the office (printers, AP's, etc…)
What requirements are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
- Experience on Active Directory and Microsoft O365. Good to have knowledge in iOS
- FP education in relative fields - ASIR (Administración de Sistemas Informatico en Red) preferred.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- High sense of responsibility, task ownership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Car and B License, availability to travel.
