**Role Overview**: As a Senior Programmatic Hub Trader at Crimtan, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the next generation of programmatic trading talent. Your responsibilities will encompass being a senior trading resource to trade campaigns, leading a graduate training program, overseeing the assessment framework and ensuring that our graduate traders align with the company's Integral Skills Framework. You will work in close partnership with local market Trading Leads and the Regional Trading Directors to identify any bottlenecks and manage trading hub capacity effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Trade campaigns for Tier 1 clients in any of the regions that the Spain trading hub supports.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior hub traders managing campaigns, driving performance and achieving client KPIs.
- Collaborate with market trading leads to improve processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Manage trading hub capacity to ensure that all clients receive adequate resources, working closely with local market trading leads and regional trading leads.
- Collaborate with local universities to promote Crimtan and attract top local talent.
- Support the interview process for new graduate hires.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive programmatic training program for new graduates and existing traders.
- Create and implement a measurable assessment framework for the graduate program.
- Ensure that all new graduate traders align with the company's Global Skills Framework, identifying training opportunities, and assisting in performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate and train graduates on new updates and jointly identify skill gaps.
- Establish and oversee a mentorship program for graduate traders to support their professional development.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in programmatic digital marketing or a related field. (5+ years)
- Strong understanding of programmatic trading and campaign management. (5+ years)
- Ability to effectively communicate with and mentor recent graduates.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with training and assessment frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
