For one of our leading industrial clients, we’re looking for an experienced Category Manager Packaging to drive sourcing strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on cost optimization, sustainability, supplier performance, and innovation.
Key focus:
Developing and deploying the European Packaging category strategy
Driving TCO optimization and value creation across sub-categories (Flexibles, FIBCs, Corrugated)
Leading supplier selection, negotiations, and performance management
Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and packaging buyers
Managing risk, supply continuity, and sustainability initiatives
Category scope: ~€10m spend - ~25 suppliers
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Working mode: Hybrid (60% office attendance)
Type of contract: Permanent (with Gracia101)
Language: English / International environment
