Responsibilities:
* Work across Telecom OSS/BSS systems, ensuring end-to-end solution quality and business alignment.
* Familiarity with specialized Revenue Assurance tools for fraud management, billing, and reconciliation.
* Understanding of Billing, Charging, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* E2E Data Reconciliation: Reconciling data across network, mediation, provisioning, and billing systems (e.G., CDR reconciliation).
* Billing Cycle Understanding: Deep knowledge of rating, invoicing, and charging processes.
* Strong data analysis, SQL proficiency, and understanding of telecommunication billing systems to identify and prevent revenue leakage.
* Key technical skills include SQL/PL-SQL, data reconciliation, ETL processes, and familiarity with RA/fraud management tools.
* Resolving any E2E architectural issue that impacts the program
* Manage the initial Impact assessment across the E2E solution for any change request.
* Conducting and facilitating technical reviews, providing technical inputs
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in application testing, with a focus on telecom domain (BSS).
* Proven exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS environment.
* Provide experience preparing Test Plan, Test Schedule, and test objectives for each software release.
* Provide accurate test effort estimations.
* Strong understanding of STLC techniques, testing methodologies and tools. Well versed with Agile and Waterfall methodology.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
* Design and develop comprehensive test cases and test scripts to cover functional and non functional requirements.
* Prepare Requirement and Traceability Matrix
* Ensure 100% test coverage of business requirements.
* Execute test cases (if required), analyse results and identify defects.
* Report and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
* Prepare the Test Completion Report at the conclusion of each software release
* Assist in reproduction of customer issues, and provide feedback to developers
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing area
* Guide the team and resolve issues.
* Prepare and Publish DSR and WSR
* Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, Scrum Master, Scrum Team, defect management and operations, to ensure smooth testing activities.
