At Q-tech, we collaborate with a fast-growing technology company that develops B2B solutions focused on sustainability and corporate responsibility. We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise clients, supporting the full customer lifecycle and driving recurrence and account expansion.
Responsibilities
* Fully manage a portfolio of 80–100 active clients.
* Support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing follow-up.
* Serve as the client’s main point of contact.
* Collaborate with internal teams (projects, support, billing).
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Analyze usage data and detect risks and opportunities.
* Work toward revenue and recurrence targets.
* Use CRM tools for management and reporting.
Requirements
* 4–6 years in B2B Account Management or Sales .
* Experience managing mid-sized/large clients.
* Familiarity with SaaS or tech environments (highly valued).
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
* English and Spanish at an advanced level. French is highly valued .
