A great opportunity has arisen for a commercially orientated EMEA Rewards Director to join the EMEA HR Team at ERM, a global sustainability consulting firm. The focus of this role will be on leading the total reward function to drive and mature our reward philosophy and approach for the EMEA region to help attract, retain and motivate talents across a diverse set of roles and skillsets. /p pThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an EMEA Rewards Director with demonstrable expertise and knowledge in this field, including strategic reward leadership, benchmarking, job architecture and evaluation, salary band design, and benefits plan design. We offer a flexible working environment and competitive salary. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage all end-to-end annual reward cycle activities, including the annual pay review and bonus cycle, internal pay equity review, and benchmarking process. /li liAct as a strategic reward partner to the EMEA senior leadership team, providing expert reward guidance to support business needs. /li liDevelop and deliver reward communication and education materials for the EMEA region. /li liStakeholder management, collaborating effectively with both regional and global/group stakeholders. /li liCollaborate closely with regional and Group reward counterparts on global reward projects and process implementations. /li liLead large-scale reward projects in the region and globally as needed, such as readiness for EU Pay Transparency Directive, job architecture review, and global benefits management transition. /li liLead a small team of reward professionals. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liSenior reward experience working strategically and operationally across multiple countries in EMEA. /li liDeep technical expertise in reward frameworks, processes, and plan design. /li liKnowledge of reward compliance topics. /li liExceptional stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience working in a matrixed environment. /li liVery strong Excel and data analysis skills. /li liPrevious experience with Workday and WTW’s Global Grading methodology would be a plus. /li /ul pERM is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
