We Are Looking For
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Travel Consultants (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Service Team.
Your Role In BizAway
As our Business Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, dedicated to crafting seamless travel experiences that prioritize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Your core responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive Travel Management: Booking and managing all travel services (flights, trains, hotels, car rentals) while securing advantageous price and convenience.
- Proactive Customer Support: Providing continuous assistance before, during, and after travel;
addressing requests andunforeseen circumstances (delays, cancellations, modifications).
- Strategic Consulting and Optimization: Guiding clients on travel policies and leveraging our platform to streamline processes and maximize cost savings.
- Decisive Problem Solving: Swiftly resolving intricate situations or emergencies to ensure client satisfaction.
Your Basic Qualifications
- Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years in the dynamic Travel Industry with broad understanding of travel sectors and market trends.
- Deep GDS Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of major GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) with advanced booking, ticketing, and itinerary management.
- Diverse Sector Background: Experience in a travel agency, airline, or bedbank is highly valued.
- Bilingual Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- CRM System Acumen: Prior knowledge of CRM systems is a significant advantage.
