At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector.
Responsibilities Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
Deployments and testing for new projects.
Obsolescence management and patching activities.
Handling user requests and internal client support.
Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.
Answering product-related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, third-party integrations.
Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
Technical Environment Operating Systems: Windows Server / Linux
Databases: SQL / Oracle
Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVD
Collaboration tools: Teams / Outlook
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).
Solid knowledge of SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux Servers.
ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs.
Good level of English.
Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
