We are now looking for an Automation & Digitalization Manager to join our Engineering team. The incumbent will be responsible for:
* Identify, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design scalable automation frameworks.
* Lead the digitalization strategy for the Industrial assets identifying and implementing new digital tools, applications, and platforms.
* Spearhead AI/ML projects for predictive analytics.
* Act as a change agent by conducting training sessions and workshops on automation best practices.
* Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing and/or future business systems (SAP, ERP, MES).
* Ensure automation and digital solutions align with corporate policies, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations.
* Establish governance frameworks for automation initiatives and monitor compliance with IT security protocols.
* Manage risks related to automation adoption and propose mitigation strategies.
* Act as a Project Manager in relevant automation and/or digitalization projects.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* 5 – 10 years of experience in automation.
* Strong knowledge of automation and digital tools (Experience with Aveva system platform is preferred).
* Strong project management skills with experience in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Disciplined approach to work and “Lead by Example.”
* Strong Business Partnering;

* Strategic mindset with a focus on automation-driven business efficiency.
* Strong leadership & stakeholder management abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.
