WHAT'S THE PROJECT ?

The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to one of the strongest European M&A move in the HRTech industry at the moment. Backed by one of the more reknown fund in the world, a fast growing French player is launching its operations in Spain through the adquisition of the #1 locally.

They are on a mission to duplicate their presence in Spain and be the reference for payroll management. The structure is there, established, profitable, and yet there's no proper Sales Playbook. The quick wins are clear and the potential is huge.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS ?

As Head of Sales for Spain, you'll be the architect of the company's commercial acceleration.

You will design, recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing new business team with a strong "hunter" DNA and build the sales structure that will shape the company's future growth.

Your mission:

* Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new business in Spain, targeting both direct clients and advisory/payroll service providers.
* Build and lead from scratch a sales team of hunters, creating robust recruitment, onboarding, and training processes that drive performance.
* Develop strategic partnerships to accelerate indirect sales, a key pillar of success.
* Reenergize and realign existing teams, redefining priorities and roles to support a cohesive growth engine.
* Coach and upskill your team, implementing playbooks, KPIs, and performance feedback loops.
* Design and optimize the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing, ensuring strong qualification and conversion.
* Implement and scale sales tools, building a data-driven CRM culture.
* Collaborate with Marketing to craft impactful campaigns and generate qualified pipeline.
* Partner with Product and Consulting teams to stay aligned with product evolution, providing feedback and adapting GTM strategy accordingly.
* Lead forecasting and performance monitoring, ensuring predictable, scalable growth.
* Continuously improve efficiency, defining processes and tech tools to support a sustainable acquisition model.

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED ?

* 6+ years of experience leading high-performing B2B sales teams, with at least 4 years in SaaS or tech scale-ups.
* A true hunter mentality, passionate about winning new logos and building teams that overachieve.
* Proven success in recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent from the ground up.
* A sales enablement mindset, you know how to design scalable onboarding and coaching frameworks.
* Hands-on and execution-oriented, you thrive on the field, with strong forecasting and closing skills.
* Process- and data-driven, you use CRM insights and metrics to guide decisions.
* A strategic collaborator, comfortable aligning Sales, Marketing, and Product.
* Adaptable, able to adjust to a fast-changing product and market environment.
* Experience in Fintech, Payroll, or HR software is a major plus, especially with advisory or accounting firms.
* Availability to be present in Reus & Sabadell offices.
* Languages: Spanish native, fluent English; French is a plus.
