We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, shape the sales strategy, and directly contribute to the company’s success. Join us and be part of an ambitious and dynamic team where your impact is recognized and celebrated.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with company goals. Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company's revenue growth.- Team Leadership & Motivation: Guide and support our sales team, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide coaching or mentorship to peers, ensuring team success in reaching sales objectives.- Client Communication & Negotiation: Build strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation to secure sales closures. Share strategies with the team to drive consistent success.- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools for effective lead management, customer relationship tracking, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to track performance against KPIs and sales metrics. Use this information to refine strategies and improve overall performance.- Sales Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to optimize the sales process and enhance team efficiency.Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Manager role, ideally within a BPO or services-oriented industry.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Experience in leading and supporting a sales team.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic sales strategies such as outbound calling and closings.- Solid understanding of KPIs and sales metrics.- Experience in call centers, telemarketing, BPO environments.What we offer:- Progressive salary increases based on performance.- Access to paid time off (PTO) for a healthy work-life balance.- Quarterly commission program with a 6% uncapped ceiling, recognizing your effort and dedication.- Additional perks, including integration events and bonuses for exceptional performance.- Professional growth opportunities in the rapidly evolving technology industry, within one of the leading companies in medical tourism.Application Question(s):- How did you managed and motivate your sales team in the past?Experience:- Sales Manager role: 3 years (required)- BPO or service-based industry: 3 years (required)- Outbound sales (cold calling, prospecting): 3 years (required)
