This is your opportunity to make an impact in Business Development on a global level, where you can keep growing with us, a digital company in a steady phase of expansion. For our growing German Business Unit, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager focused on developing business and clients for the DACH Market, eager to work in a diverse and multinational environment and being at the front line with key stakeholders. Your functions include:
* Developing a Business Development strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of key accounts while guaranteeing client loyalty.
* Assuming high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.
* Supervising the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and working hand in hand with them, understanding the client's needs.
* Advising on best strategies to find top talent, and deciding on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.
* Attaching to workflow and developing each step related to sales management modalities (CRM completion and KPI management).
* Training new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies. Identifying training needs and evaluating the team's performance, providing support for their professional development.

What you need to bring to the table:
* A minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, ideally in recruitment or headhunting.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
* Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are highly valued.
* Experience in developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service.
* A strategic vision for market development and the ability to generate your own action plan.
* An optimistic and proactive mindset, always seeking solutions and proposing new actions.
* Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating.
* Self-directed with excellent time management skills, accustomed to working towards targets and deadlines.
