to join our marketing team at The Art of Living in Spain.
Your responsibilities:
Content strategy & planning :
Design, execute and optimize the social media content strategy for international audiences across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, My Business among others). Community engagement :
Manage and grow our online community. Respond to comments, messages and mentions, fostering sales, engagement and brand loyalty. Brand storytelling :
Craft compelling narratives around our real estate projects, Altaona Resort, the Murcia region, the Spanish lifestyle and client success stories. Analytics & reporting :
Track KPIs, monitor performance and produce monthly reports with actionable insights to improve results. Influencer & partnerships :
Identify and collaborate with influencers and relevant partners to amplify our brand message. Trend spotting :
Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative formats to ensure brand relevance and differentiation.
Your profile Experience :
Minimum 5 years in social media management or digital marketing, ideally in the real estate sector. Languages :
Fluent in English. Spanish and other European languages are a plus. Skills :
Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills. Familiar with tools like Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Answer the Public / AlsoAsked, Google Trend and Analytics, Looker Studio, Canva Pro, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hubspot (basic level), Notion, Buffer, basic video editing apps as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop mainly). Mindset :
Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and an eye for aesthetics and storytelling. You love data almost as much as you love people.
