Senior Project Manager (m/f/d). Working as part of the Regional Service team, you will lead technical projects performing the following tasks:
\n
YOUR TASKS
\n
Lead technical projects with the focus on the legacy AW fleet
\n
Monitor and analyse the operational performance of the wind turbines
\n
Investigate reliability metrics and field data to identify risks and improvement potential for the entire turbine system
\n
Perform and develop root cause analyses for mechanical failures and deviations
\n
Support the mechanical design, including DFMEA, technical specifications, and validations
\n
Contribute to supplier qualification and technical assessments for all manufacturers
\n
YOUR PROFILE
\n
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline, or equivalent
\n
At least 10+ years of professional experience in the wind turbine industry with a focus on mechanics
\n
Solid understanding of entire turbine, reliability engineering, and mechanical analysis methods
\n
Strong focus on the legacy technology AW1500/AW3000
\n
Knowledge of quality assurance and problem-solving methodologies is an advantage
\n
Experience working in international, cross-functional engineering teams with clear communication skills
\n
Fluent English required, or Spanish skills considered a plus
\n
Willingness to travel occasionally and able to manage technical topics in parallel with an analytical approach
