We are seeking a Data Product Lead for Commercial Analytics to define and drive the analytics strategy and execution across our commercial business units. This role plays a critical part in transforming commercial insights into actionable value.
Functional Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience in commercial analytics, with 5+ years in a lead or product ownership role within data and analytics.
* Value Mindset : Track record of identifying, articulating, and delivering business value through data initiatives in the Commercial Analytics space.
* Commercial Domain Expertise : Deep understanding of commercial business processes including sales, marketing, customer engagement, and their supporting analytics frameworks.
* Product Management Skills : Strong background in digital and data product management, particularly within complex global organizations.
* Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate with senior business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
* Analytical Thinking : Strong foundation in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques.
* Communication : Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Technical Requirements
* Solution Delivery : Hands-on experience leading end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, from discovery to deployment.
* Data source knowledge : SAP, Salesforce CRM, OCP, Salesforce Marketing Automation, IQVIA, Store execution applications (TRAX).
