We require a dedicated, innovative individual to train both internal teams and external clients on products and services targeted at enterprise clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise account penetration in the Andalusia region and the private sector, aligning with Huawei's enterprise business strategy, value proposition, and channel engagement model. The role requires senior-level sales experience with large enterprise accounts and mid-market opportunities.

Location:

Sevilla or Malaga

Responsibilities:

* Territory Sales: Target, develop, and close opportunities within enterprise accounts in assigned verticals, including major accounts in banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.
* Territory Channel: Develop and maintain a territory channel plan aligned with the channel team, coordinate with national and global partners, and manage customer relationships effectively.
* Sales Promotion: Promote Huawei's full range of solutions, create sales account plans, and utilize sales engagement tools for effective execution.
* Reporting and Planning: Use Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing, ensure business predictability, and execute targets aligned with team objectives.
* Solution Sales: Understand and practice solution sales mechanisms, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

* Proven ability to develop new business models with emerging technologies.
* Experience managing customer accounts at both CxO and technical levels.
* Strong knowledge of ICT solutions.

Skills/Experience:

* Minimum 5 years of ICT sales or account management experience, with a successful track record in verticals like banking, energy, transportation, or public administration.
* Ability to build long-term relationships with large accounts.
* Excellent collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
