- Main Responsibilities: - Business expansion: prospect new business leads and onboard new strategic accounts (top marketplace players in Europe), in particularly from Germany, France etc - Selection strategy and cost-reduction operations: analyze market demand for home and DIY products, forecast sales volume before negotiating price/stock with key accounts, and continously improve the fulfillment cost efficiency in collaborating with logistic department. - Promotion operations: collaborate with internal/external campaign teams to drive visibility and push sales of managed accounts by participation in promotions, SEO, and external traffic obtention.
**Position Requirement**
- Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (MBA is a plus), fluent in German and English business communications (French is a plus) - 2+ years of relevant business development and key accounts management experience for German and French Ecommerce operations - Experience in both e-commerce and seller operations in marketplace platforms (product assortment strategy, Product Detail Pages optimization, seller store decoration, promotional activities, traffic and demand generation, pricing strategy, etc.). - Experience building commercial relationships and negotiating with leading brands/top marketplace players and senior management, as well as in purchasing, selling and supply chain management in the category. - Results driven with proven sales results, new accounts activations results etc in past carreers. - Superb communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork spirit, resilient, start-up mindset, and capable to thrive in dynamic and changing environments. - Proven Experience to combine both definition of high-level strategic picture with capacity to role up your sleeves and get it implemented. - Well structured, meticulous, ambitious, and insisting on the highest standards.
