The Solution Domain Expert (Microsoft M365) is a customer-focused solution design role that is responsible (depends on the local Opco structure) for customer requirements capture, solution design and defining the cost of customer solutions (with a repeatability perspective) in the areas of Digital Apps (SaaS (Microsoft M365, Skykick) and Managed Services).
In this role, you will understand the customer requirements, no matter their size, and design solutions leveraging the Digital Apps portfolio, the whole C&S set of capabilities, and when required to involve Vodafone connectivity and IoT services.
What you bring:
* 2 years experience in an IT/Cloud/Security architecture discipline.
* Certification in Microsoft SaaS is a plus.
* Experience of operating at a management level with a record of accomplishment in identifying and influencing key decision-makers.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to produce quality documentation to support bid generation and contractual delivery in English and German.
* Self-motivated, ambitious and innovation hungry.
* Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a trusted team player.
