🔎 What we look for?
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management to support strategic transformation initiatives, who will contribute to a project with one of our integral customers in banking sector.
The role will focus on defining Target Operating Models (TOM), designing business processes, supporting product sign-off, and ensuring effective validation during testing phases.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, validated, and implemented.
Collaboration 100% remote within Spain.
⚙Main tasks and responsabilities will be:
1. Target Operating Model (TOM) Design
- Define and design the Target Operating Model aligned with business strategy and transformation goals.
- Identify gaps between current and future state operating models.
- Work with stakeholders to define organizational structure, processes, governance, and technology enablers.
- Document TOM components including workflows, roles, controls, and service models.
2. Business Process & Procedure Mapping
- Elicit, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes within the Wealth Management lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, portfolio management, client servicing, reporting).
- Develop process maps using industry-standard techniques (e.g., BPMN, process flows).
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
- Define and document standard operating procedures (SOP
