Job Description
The mission of the Local Social Engagement Manager is to manage the social media ecosystem for the Spanish market and create reach and engagement across various Ubisoft accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok). This is a fixed-term contract position, fully remote.
This role involves publishing and adapting content provided by global teams, while adding a local tone to the accounts under their responsibility by creating and publishing content specifically targeted to the Spanish market, all while leveraging internal and external resources.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing social media content calendars for the Spanish market, publishing content from global teams, and localizing it with a regional touch.
* Acting as the main contact for Spanish social media accounts.
* Creating, localizing, and publishing content across all local accounts via the Sprinklr platform.
* Covering physical events with live content and capturing on-site content for social media.
* Tagging all published content for accurate data tracking using Sprinklr.
* Developing a local social media strategy aligned with marketing plans for game launches.
* Briefing external agencies and freelancers on local content projects.
* Identifying top-performing content and amplifying it with support from the Media team.
* Analyzing post performance to derive insights and generate reports.
* Monitoring competitors, trends, and opportunities for innovation.
* Ensuring marketing assets are properly localized and meet quality standards for Spain.
Key KPIs:
* Impressions & engagement per platform.
* Adoption rate of global content.
* Tagging rate for data accuracy.
Qualifications
* Experience in social media or community management.
* Proficiency with creative tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Capcut.
* Deep knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and KPIs.
* Ability to coordinate with creative resources from briefing to validation.
* Analytical skills for measuring campaign performance.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Fluency in English and native/bilingual Spanish.
* In-depth understanding of the Spanish market and its specifics.
