What will you do?
- Ensure that all customers are treated in a professional and personalized manner.
- Provide customer information on all courses and perform customer service duties.
- Checking Golf reservations, advance confirmation of reservations.
- Selling golf items and advising customers on purchases.
- Performing tasks related to billing and collection. As well as careful handling of the cash register and balancing of the same.
- Follow up on daily news and provide solutions to any incidents that may arise.
- Receive, process and direct customer complaints to their Department Head or to Management.
- Conduct inventory of products sold in the store in accordance with established standards.
- Placing merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness of store shelves.
Requisitos
- Driving license and own vehicle.
- At least 1 year related experience.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Commercial and customer oriented skills.
- Knowledge of Golf
- Professional and discreet attitude.
