Job Description: German-speaking Sales Account Manager (On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven German-speaking Sales Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key player in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment, you will partner with German companies and agency partners to deliver customized digital advertising strategies. Your role will involve expanding the client’s customer base across the EMEA region, while contributing to shaping innovative and exceptional experiences in the online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities:

* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency partners, offering customized digital advertising strategies that drive performance.
* Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments through a consultative, quality-driven approach.
* Achieve sales targets and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
* Proactively engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to enhance communication and drive results.
* Promote additional digital marketing products to increase business opportunities.
* Work in collaboration with internal teams to optimize client campaigns and ensure success.

Requirements:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* C2 level proficiency in German and high proficiency in English (C1 or above).
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or a similar role (experience is preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
* Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
* A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising.
* Eagerness to learn, develop, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
* Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona.
* Relocation package, including flight ticket and accommodation in a private, individual studio.
