What You'll Do
1. Own data-driven insights for global user acquisition, retention, pricing, and promotions across paid channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, and more.
2. Collaborate with Data Engineers to build data pipelines, attribution models, and dashboards for marketing teams.
3. Translate performance data into ROI/ROAS, CAC/LTV recommendations to inform decisions.
4. Support A/B testing of pricing and promotional strategies for tactical and long-term growth.
5. Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, and Finance to connect campaign performance with business impact.
6. Align KPIs, identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and uncover opportunities.
What You Bring
1. 3+ years as a Marketing Data Analyst with experience in D2C mobile/web apps, performance marketing analytics essential.
2. Hands-on skills in SQL, BigQuery, Python or R, G4, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Singular or similar MMP, BI & visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
3. Proven ability to measure and explain pricing strategies, discounts, churn, and retention using data.
4. Ability to lead insights that influence global marketing strategies.
5. Strong communication skills to simplify complexity for stakeholders.
6. Curious with a commercial mindset — understanding what happened, why, and next steps.
