Regional Director (m/f/x) | Northern Zone | Construction Materials Distribution
We are seeking a results-driven leader with experience managing operations and teams in the construction sector.

About This Role
This position is critical to overseeing sales, logistics, administration, and customer service, ensuring targets are met while optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Manage multiple work centers in the region, overseeing daily activities and implementing process improvements.
* Sales & Commercial Oversight: Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
* Team Development: Lead and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting high performance.
* Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and manage contracts to ensure efficient operations, minimizing downtime and costs.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and internal company policies, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
* Logistics Optimization: Collaborate with the Logistics Director to streamline distribution processes, reducing lead times and increasing customer satisfaction.
* Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An Advanced University Degree in a relevant field.
* At least 5 years of experience managing operations, sales, and customer service, preferably in construction materials or a related sector.
* Proven leadership experience, with skills in team development and fostering high performance.
* A strong focus on achieving results and problem-solving in business operations.
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and other management tools.
* Knowledge of the construction materials market will be a strong advantage.
