Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and responding to incoming sales leadsProactively following up and nurturing prospectsConducting client tours and property presentationsNegotiating and closing sales in collaboration with the Commercial DirectorMaintaining accurate CRM records and managing the sales pipelineProviding a first-class customer experience throughout the sales processRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience
in property salesProven experience selling properties above €1MExperience working with an
international estate agency networkFluent in English and SpanishAdditional languages are a strong advantage, particularly
