To support the Spain operations, Agroderivados y químicos WeGrow S.L. is looking for a Traffic Manager, based in Madrid.THE ROLEAs Traffic Manager, you will be the key operational link between our general trading team and logistics, managing container and truck logistics end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution of transactions, and delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Execute transactions in adherence to all applicable laws and regulations• Manage container and truck logistics end-to-end, from booking through final delivery• Execute contracts including documentary instructions as per sales contracts and letters of credit• Manage all documentary presentations; negotiate service contracts with surveyors and update data into the contract/execution management system• Check letters of credit and payment terms; request amendments to ensure validity as per sales contract terms• Forward instructions to related parties, appoint surveyors, follow up on cargo and services documents, and provide final approval for issuance•
