Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, incorporating global guidelines, compliance, and industry best practices.
Bring in the best talent to match the roles, considering internal and external talent, and provide guidance to the team.
Provide high levels of engagement to enable high performance while supporting the company and its brands.
Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
Define, develop, and communicate the new TR process, ensuring agility, compliance, data insights, and accuracy.
Define, develop, and implement the product/system that drives the new process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adoption of the new strategy across all entities.
Manage regional benefits strategy and vendors to deliver an attractive EVP at optimal cost.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications.
Qualifications
Proven track record in Total Rewards, especially in high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
Ownership of the European rewards landscape, driving solutions from ideation to delivery.
Leadership skills to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
Hands‑on experience with Workday (or similar) for pay review cycles and leveraging technology for efficiency.
Strong understanding of job architecture, salary ranges, pay equity, and mathematical modeling.
Capability to design fair, transparent, bias-free systems.
