What you´ll do
- Ensure consistency across regional planning activities, aligned with best practices defined by the Planning Center of Excellence (COE).
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Conduct gap analyses and implement action plans to enhance efficiency, service levels, and planning outcomes.
- Organize regular review sessions with regional teams, encouraging critical thinking and continuous improvement.
- Roll out standardized scorecards for operational and performance metrics to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide regular updates to the Planning Director on key milestones, risks, and achievements. Ensure visibility and recognition of team efforts.
- Develop governance frameworks to simplify, standardize, and optimize planning parameters for system-driven planning.
- Coordinate onboarding, refresher, and advanced training sessions. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the planning community.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in integral supply chain planning processes (FG-materials planning, production scheduling)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with International supply chain and interactions with Planning COE
- Proven experience in gap analysis, cross-functional workshops, and driving process improvements.
- Knowledge in supply chain KPIs and experience in performance metrics and scorecards development
- Co-Lead in change management, including training, onboarding, and knowledge
