Support Area Sales Managers in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.Prospecting new clients and qualifying leads.Provide product and sales training to distributorsWork with Salesforce (CRM) to manage and update customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.Bachelor ́s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related scientific field.~ High level of English (C1 written and spoken) is a plus..~Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.~ Strong interest in sales.~ Ability to work collaboratively with Senior sales team members.~ A clear career development path into a full sales role.Training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.Opportunity to gain expertise in four key industry categories: food, nutraceutical, personal care, and animal nutrition.Engage with international partners and play an active role in collaborative product development projectsParticipate in high-profile global industry events.Base salary + social benefitsHybrid model
