Lead the evolution of theDesign System and Component Library. OwnCore Web Vitalsand performance metrics, optimising bundle sizes and build speeds. Leverage advanced techniques likeReact Server Components (RSC)withinNext.jsfor exceptional performance. Architect efficient state management, optimising API interactions viaApollo Client and GraphQL. Act as a core stakeholder in improving theDeveloper Experience (DX), refining CI/CD pipelines and tooling. Championaccessibility (WCAG compliance)and inclusive design across user experiences. Our Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone who views the frontend as a strategic product foundation and brings strong architectural intuition. Your background should include: 6 years of professional frontend experience, with 4 years usingReact and TypeScriptin large-scale applications. Deep knowledge of browser internals and a proven ability to deliversubstantial performance improvements. Expert-level understanding ofJavaScript, HTML, CSS, and core browser APIs. Advanced knowledge ofGraphQL, Apollo Client, and effective caching patterns.
