Create communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences for IT-driven changes.Partner with global senior stakeholders to influence organizational behavior and ensure compliance.Design effective communication campaigns addressing complex topics using ingenuity and innovation.Simplify and streamline communication processes.Collaborate with business stakeholders on communication strategies for complex IT changes.Advise on communication plans, channels, and media to keep IT and business groups informed.Manage end-to-end user communication strategies and oversee their execution.Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving behavioral change.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Manage resistance to communication plans and foster change adoption and advocacy.Provide strategic direction for IT training content.Act as a partner to domain and product line leads, advising on product roadmaps and resource management.Partner with teams to ensure efficient ways of working and share knowledge across teams.Advise on deployment timing to align with business cycles and communication efforts.Skills:
Experience managing multimedia content creation, including video editing with AI tools.Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and leadership skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities.Expertise in business partnering, client needs assessment, and relationship building.Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly communications.Experience with organizational change management practices and instructional design methodologies.Experience working within Agile methodologies.Proficiency in English.Master's degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred).Minimum of three years relevant experience in organizational change management.Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
