**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Montessori Assistant certification
- High-level of English
- Deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy
- Passion for recognizing, guiding, and supporting children in their unique development
- Strong observation skills
- Warm, positive, and approachable personality
- Organized and creative mindset
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Preference will be given to teachers who have experience with SEN students.
