As an HRBP for the THAG team in Getafe, you translate business needs into HR solutions to boost performance. You will provide HR services, advise on workforce matters, and drive HR plans with management while aligning policies, compensation, and development with business goals.
You’ll collaborate on talent initiatives, mobility, and employment branding, contributing to a compliant and competitive organization. This role offers impact across local and group HR improvements in a integral aerospace context.

- Provide HR services to a defined organizational unit in partnership with the business
- Advise management on people-related matters
- Drive HR plan execution and provide HR metrics/reports to management
- Cascade and apply HR policies, E&C; standards, and labor regulations
- Ensure coherence in compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment policies with business objectives
- Foster hiring, mobility, and collaboration with employment marketing events
- Advise on career development, talent management, and deployment of development initiatives
- Ensure appropriate consequences in management when needed
- Support HR improvement initiatives for the Division and Group
- Participate in local union negotiations on HR topics
Responsabilidades
- University degree in HR or related discipline
- Experience as HRBP or in other HR disciplines
- Ability to quickly translate job skills and industry knowledge into candidate search criteria
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with excellent communication
- Experience in Project Management
- Excellent customer service and client interaction skills
- Advanced English and Spanish (other languages a plus)
