As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.**What you’ll do**- Process and Solution Analysis, Documentation, and Testing: Analyze and document solutions, logic, process flows, and specifications. Develop and deliver training materials for the product area. Support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third-level sustain.- Compliance: Ensure conformity throughout the solution lifecycle by identifying, assessing, and addressing security and compliance requirements.- Business Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation. Work with business partners and vendors to implement automation solutions.- Communication: Partner with different stakeholders within business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements.
