About The JobBased in our Barcelona office, you will lead a team of demand planners across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities include:
Supporting and developing local demand planners reporting to you
Implementing an S&OP framework within your region, including demand reviews, assortment screening, NPI process, and pre S&OP meetings at the regional level
Improving product availability by analyzing data, forecasts, and order patterns
Monitoring stock levels and proposing action plans to reduce excess stock
Encouraging the use of our demand, forecast, and inventory management tool Slim4 (Slimstock)
Acting as the SPOC for Slimstock regarding functional questions and improvements
Supporting local companies and aligning with the EMEA way of working
Set yourself apartCandidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in demand and inventory planning, with knowledge of demand reviews, S&OP cycles, NPI, portfolio management, inventory policies, and ABC analysis. Additional requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Hands-on mentality, accuracy, analytical skills, and proactivity
Fluent in English;
additional European languages are a plus
Knowledge of Slimstock or similar inventory tools
Understanding forecast accuracy metrics and bias
Experience with ERP systems (e.G., D365, SAP) and PowerBI is advantageous
Flexibility to travel across EMEA
Enthusiasm and leadership qualities, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
