**What is the objective of this project and what does it consist**
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Maintenance in Production projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration and functionality of systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including technical and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and quality standards.Control of licenses and contracts with suppliers**What profile are we looking for?**
- **Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) will be highly valued
- **Experience in**: At least 5 yaers as a Project Manager managing IT and Security projects, preferably in production environments.
- **Knowledge in**: Deep knowledge of PLM and MES
- **Lenguages**:Fluency in both English and Spanish, with a very high level of proficiency
- **Soft Skills**: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Open to change, eager to learn, proactive, flexible, adaptable, with analytical skills, initiative and critical thinking

**Who will I work with (in my team and in collaboration with other areas)?**
You will provide service to ITP Aero from its headquarters in Madrid or Bilbao-Vizcaya, under the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector in a leading company in aeronautical engines and components that ranks among the top companies in the global aeronautical industry.
You will work closely with the Team of IT & Security Specialist in IT Maintenance, with fluid interlocution with the rest of the IT Team and Business.
