El departamento se dedica a la venta consultiva de soluciones eléctricas avanzadas, enfocándose en equipos de media y baja tensión, así como transformadores. La posición es estratégica porque permite la expansión de nuestra base de clientes y la implementación de tecnologías innovadoras en el mercado.
* Promoción de soluciones eléctricas avanzadas.
* Implementación de tecnologías innovadoras.

What will you do? Qué funciones tendrá esa persona…
* Realizar ventas consultivas de equipos de media y baja tensión y transformadores.
* Entender las necesidades y preocupaciones del cliente mediante escucha activa.
* Identificar problemas y proponer soluciones técnicas adecuadas.
* Explicar conceptos técnicos de manera clara y comprensible.
* Ofrecer un excelente servicio postventa y seguimiento.
* Analizar datos de monitoreo y realizar diagnósticos.
* Utilizar herramientas como BFO para gestionar relaciones con los clientes.
* Implementar estrategias de mantenimiento predictivo y basado en condiciones.
* Establecer y mantener relaciones de confianza con los clientes.
* Presentar argumentos convincentes y datos que respalden la calidad y eficiencia de los productos y servicios.

* Conocimiento de normas y estándares relevantes como la IEC 61850 y la IEC 600761.
* Estrategias para prevenir fallas y extender la vida útil de los equipos.
* Habilidades de negociación y persuasión.
* Capacitación continua en las últimas tecnologías y tendencias del mercado.
* Uso de herramientas digitales y plataformas de ventas.
* Comprensión de modelos de negocio recurrentes y de transición de CAPEX a OPEX.
* Adaptabilidad y disposición para aprender y utilizar nuevas tecnologías
