We are seeking a driven professional as the Managing Director for the Spain subsidiary, to join their team and lead the business.
Key Responsibilities: Development and management of business support resources, such as sales & marketing division, market intelligence, finance, human resources, administration, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, finance, as well as spare parts.
Development and maintenance of relationships for business opportunities, general management, direct sales, customers, and channels.
Collation and analysis of market information, industry dynamics, and sales data.
Platform construction, compliance control, institutional system building, team development, and resource coordination in each country within the region of responsibility.
Achieving Spain regional sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in business, engineering, or a related.
At least 5 years of experience in the B2 B industry, working for industrial multinational companies, with a role as CEO / BU Director, with a strong commercial mindset, and people leadership approach.
Work experience in European Matrix environments is required.
Excellent skills in team building and development.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
