The role of the Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. We are seeking a Project Manager with the ability to self-direct and who has extensive experience in Project Management and Construction management. A background in Data Center / telecom projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
The ITIM is responsible for project management of all fit-out activities related to MSFT-owned systems and services, including their critical infrastructure in new data center facilities. The role involves managing scopes and interdependencies among stakeholders, coordinating with construction teams, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to procurement, pre-construction, handover, and documentation to operations.
This position entails producing and managing project plans, executing major milestones (such as Early Access, Ready Network Install, Corpnet Live, Security CX Complete, Fit Out Complete, Lockdown, Colo Ready), and managing financial aspects for Microsoft’s build and lease projects. The role is onsite at multiple locations.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* PMI (Project Management Institute) – PMP certification is highly desired.
* Self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams.
* Strong collaboration and influence skills across teams and organizations.
* Ability to work within a dynamic team of employees and consultants.
* High standards for delivering thoughtful, polished, and quality work.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management, or similar experience.
* Experience in IT fit-out or construction project management.
Preferred Qualifications
* BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation experience.
* Previous Data Center construction / IT Fit-out experience.
* Construction Health & Safety knowledge.
* Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Responsibilities
* Manage safe worksite practices and support the implementation of the Microsoft High Risk Activity program.
* Coordinate internal Microsoft scope and resources with external vendors and stakeholders for smooth project handover.
* Review and improve design with Data Center Engineering and consultants.
* Oversee procurement and installation of telecom, security, and FFE systems.
* Coordinate design, procurement, and activation of the Corporate Network.
* Align delivery strategies across multiple sites and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identify and manage stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables.
* Report on project progress, scope, schedule, and budget, maintaining standards for project execution.
