Integral Financial-services firm is exiting GitLab and migrating thousands of repositories to GitHub (SCM) while adopting Harness for CI/CD & STO, with security hardened via Snyk, SonarQube, OPA policies, and IDP via Entra ID (LDAP/SSO). As the Senior DevOps Migration Consultant, you’ll act as both technical lead and day-to-day client interface from discovery through cut-over. You’ll partner closely with GitHub and Harness teams to design a streamlined, automated end-to‑end migration golden path. This engagement offers the opportunity to set enterprise DevSecOps standards within a senior, low‑bureaucracy team. Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops and inventory existing tooling (GitLab, Jenkins) to produce a migration plan. Design RBAC structure and implement repository migration automation (including full history, issues, and MRs). Define and implement Harness CI/CD reference pipelines, templates, and OPA guardrails. Integrate Harness with Snyk, SonarQube, and Artifactory for a secure supply chain. Coach ~350–400 developers on Harness workflows and inner‑sourcing practices (template contribution).
