Specializing in generic medicines, OTC products, and hospital specialties, it also drives the development of biosimilars, positioning itself as a global leader in healthcare.
We are currently looking for a Freelance Salesforce Project Manager to join their team.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Project planning: Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources for Salesforce initiatives.
* Stakeholder management: Collaborate with executives, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and align expectations.
* Team coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
* Risk and issue management: Identify potential obstacles, propose solutions, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Budget and timeline control: Monitor costs, track progress, and ensure milestones are met within agreed deadlines.
* Quality assurance: Validate deliverables, conduct testing, and guarantee that Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
* Change management: Support adoption by training users, preparing documentation, and managing organizational change.
* Continuous improvement: Recommend enhancements, optimize processes, and ensure scalability of Salesforce solutions.
What profile are we looking for?
* Salesforce in Cloud: strong expertise required.
* Integration with SAP: focus on finance components, using SAP APIs for bidirectional communication with Salesforce.
* Additional technologies: experience with Kafka and open-source tools.
* B2B Commerce Cloud: manage all B2B commerce operations within Salesforce.
* English Fluent. German is a plus
