🌟 About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Paid Social Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a performance-driven approach to join our growing digital team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, contributing directly to business growth and lead generation performance.🎯 Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Paid Social campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn- Support campaign execution across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube)- Create and optimize ads (copy, targeting, and creatives)- Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance- Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to achieve KPIs- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports- Optimize the full funnel: traffic → leads → conversions- Manage organic social media channels and execute content strategies- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign successRequisitos🧠 Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Social campaign management- Proven experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads- Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMax, YouTube)- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio- Experience managing organic social media accounts- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities⭐ Nice to Have- Experience with TikTok Ads, Reddit, or Snapchat- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or CRM platforms- Familiarity with CDPs or marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo)- Previous experience managing people or mentoring junior team members💡 What We Offer- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment- Exposure to multi-channel digital marketing strategies- Career growth and development opportunities- Adaptable hybrid working model
