HR Data Reporting and Analytics IT Platform Manager

Join us to apply for the HR Data Reporting and Analytics IT Platform Manager role at Vodafone.

Vodafone Group launched its new technological HUB in 2021, an international center of excellence dedicated to research and development of technical solutions such as Secure Networks, 5G and 6G development, Open RAN, IoT, MPN & MEC, and UCC for Vodafone Business, platforms, and enterprise solutions.

This vacancy is part of VOIS Spain, a legal entity within Vodafone Group.

We are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills for the HR Data Reporting and Analytics IT Platform Manager role. The responsibilities include:

1. Contributing to the evolution of HR Systems and innovation initiatives in Data Reporting and Analytics.
2. Expertise in Vodafone’s multi-system HR Data model, defining integration mappings, transformation logic, and reporting frameworks.
3. Managing product roadmaps for data, reporting, and analytics solutions in partnership with business stakeholders.
4. Ensuring technical consistency of data and analytics across HR functions, aligned with IT governance.
5. Advising on target architecture vision, translating business priorities into scalable, efficient solutions.
6. Acting as HR IT interface with Business functions, System Integrators, HR Programme Projects, and market operations.
7. Leading review and approval of technical enhancements, integrations, and data migration strategies.
8. Designing and implementing reusable, scalable solutions to drive operational efficiency and global business value.

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Representing HR Operations in Markets Steering Committees and with System Integrators for HR Data, Analytics, and Reporting initiatives.
2. Managing business requirement validation, business case development, and budget approvals.
3. Reviewing and approving Global and Local Technical Enterprise Architecture.
4. Overseeing commercial management and delivery from internal and external System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, KPMG, Deloitte, SAP, IBM, VOIS), ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s product strategy and technical roadmap.
5. Guaranteeing compliance with security, architecture standards, privacy/GDPR, SOX, and audit requirements.

Qualifications and skills required:

* Certification and deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Module (including Role Based Permission), minimum 5 years’ experience.
* Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Report Centre and associated tools such as Stories/Canvas/Table reporting.
* Deep understanding of Workforce analytics.
* Knowledge of core HR business processes (Hire to Retire).
* Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
* Experience in Cloud projects/programs in international and multicultural environments.
* Hands-on experience with Excel and other data analysis tools.
* Experience managing sophisticated customer environments where Tools and Automation are key to organizational transformation and efficiency.
* Capability to manage and inspire change in large, complex organizations.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Positive, proactive attitude.

Desired additional skills:

* Experience with GCP Data Lakes and QLICK.
* Deep knowledge of Vodafone HR data model across multiple systems.
* Basic understanding of integration patterns such as SAP BTP.
* Blend of functional expertise and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of cloud solutions and emerging technologies (AI, Robotics, Machine Learning).
* Familiarity with Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
